We want you to enjoy restful nights and the ultimate comfort with your new bed from BestBeds & Furniture. Our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee ensures that you have the opportunity to find the perfect fit for your needs.
- The guarantee applies specifically to beds and mattresses recommended by our knowledgeable staff at any of our BestBeds & Furniture stores.
- To qualify for the Comfort Guarantee, you must purchase an approved mattress protector along with your mattress. This protector must be used consistently with the mattress throughout the guarantee period.
- The guarantee will become void if the mattress exhibits any visible signs of abnormal wear, such as stains, rips, unusual smells, or if it is in a condition that prevents its resale.
- Damaged mattresses will not be eligible for the guarantee or exchange.
- The Comfort Guarantee is not applicable to beds purchased for spare use or if the purchaser is not the primary user of the bed. Comfort is subjective and cannot be transferred to another individual.
- Please note that BestBeds & Furniture will impose pick-up, delivery, and restocking fees for mattresses involved in any Comfort Guarantee claim. Our staff will provide confirmation of these charges.
- If the exchanged mattress has a higher value than the original purchase, the price difference will be the customer's responsibility.
- The price of the exchanged mattress will be based on the ticketed price available in-store at the time of the exchange.
- This guarantee allows for one mattress exchange only and excludes special orders. Please be aware that California King and Single sized beds are not covered by this guarantee. However, King Single sized beds do qualify for the 30-Day Comfort Guarantee.
- Refunds will not be issued under this guarantee. Only bed exchanges are permitted, with delivery costs to be borne by the customer. For further information regarding this policy, please get in touch with us.
